Medical Surgical Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse- $2630 per week.

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is preferred within the last 2 years.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - Bellin and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Bellin.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: 1-2+ years general Med/Surg experience. Experience with venipuncture and Cardizem is required. Experience with ports, Foley/straight cath, and stable drips.

Unit Details: Ratios: Day shift 1:4, PM shift 1:4/1:5, and NOC shift 1:6, occasionally 1:7.

Shift & Scheduling: On-call/call back requirements: none. Every other weekend and holiday rotation. Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

Floating Requirements: Traveler will float as needed within skillset to observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care units. Facility will try to keep travelers in 1-2 like units, but there is potential to float to another unit.

14 days maximum time off. Maximum consecutive days off: 7

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required
