A growing occupational health clinic with a satellite site in Albany, NY is hiring an Industrial Hygienist to support employer clients with workplace health and safety needs. This role blends fieldwork at employer locations with collaboration alongside the clinical team.

Schedule
Full-time, based at the Albany, NY satellite location, with regular travel to employer sites.

Compensation
$75,000 to $105,000 per year, with CIH certification and more senior experience commanding the higher end of the range.

What You'll Do
This hygienist conducts workplace exposure assessments, including noise, air quality, chemical, and ergonomic evaluations, and performs site visits at employer locations to identify hazards and recommend controls. The role supports OSHA compliance programs, including hearing conservation, respiratory protection, and hazard communication, and interprets sampling and monitoring data to prepare clear reports for employer clients. This position collaborates with providers and case managers on cases involving workplace exposure, and advises employers on PPE selection and workplace safety program development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Experience conducting workplace exposure assessments and OSHA compliance work
• Comfortable traveling to employer sites and communicating findings to non-technical audiences
• Strong report writing and data interpretation skills
• Valid driver's license for site visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential
• Senior-level experience in industrial hygiene or occupational health
