  • Rigorously evaluate supplier proposals to recommend optimal solutions that deliver exceptional value and effectively mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with suppliers and internal teams to swiftly resolve commercial, contractual, and performance-related issues.
  • Cultivate and manage robust supplier relationships, fostering performance excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct insightful market research, benchmarking, and spend analysis to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, cybersecurity, finance, privacy, and enterprise architecture teams throughout the entire procurement lifecycle.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with executive, technical, and supplier audiences.
  • Proficiency in modern office applications, procurement systems, spend analysis, and sourcing tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and technology procurement best practices.
  • Extensive experience negotiating agreements for software licensing, cloud services, telecommunications, hardware, and professional services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial, legal, financial, cybersecurity, and vendor risk considerations within the procurement lifecycle.
