Charge RN Pediatric Emergency Room

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Charge RN for our Pediatric Emergency Room. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate daily unit operations, oversee clinical care, and support an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate, age-appropriate emergency care to children and families. Responsibilities include triage oversight, staffing and assignments, mentoring nurses, ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols, and collaborating with physicians and support staff. You’ll help drive quality, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a high-acuity, fast-paced ER setting that values learning, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
