Highlights/Benefits

  • Freestanding Outpatient Clinic for a Non-Profit Acute Care Hospital
    • Qualify for PSLF!
  • Outpatient setting with a nearly 100% Neuro caseload, including TBI, Stroke, Parkinson's, Balance Institute, etc
  • 1:1 Patient Care with 45-60min Evals/Tx - see 7-8 patients per day
  • Work on a large multi-disciplinary team with over 120 Therapists across multiple settings
  • Pay range from $80,000 to $120,000; based on years of experience
  • Formal onboarding process (4-6 weeks)
  • Medical, Dental & Life Insurance, Full Benefits, 5% Retirement
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4.5 weeks +
  • Full-time, permanent position

About the Physical Therapist Position:

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active Texas PT license, or the ability to obtain one
