Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will work full-time in partner public schools to support students’ academic and personal growth. You’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, reinforce classroom instruction, track progress, and promote positive behavior. In collaboration with teachers and diverse City Year teammates, you’ll help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment. This role offers ongoing professional development, leadership opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on student success and educational equity.
