Stellar Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to support residents in our senior living community. In this on-site role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design personalized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one and group therapies focused on mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention. You’ll collaborate closely with nursing and caregivers, educate residents and families, and document outcomes while contributing to a warm, resident-first culture with strong teamwork, growth, and training opportunities.
