Licensed Psychiatric NP

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare through our tech-enabled platform. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop and manage treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication management for a diverse outpatient population via in-person and virtual visits. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of providers, leverage intuitive digital tools for scheduling and documentation, and contribute to an innovative, inclusive culture that prioritizes clinician well-being, work-life balance, and continuous professional growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
