COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0830-1630
• 30 scheduled hours per week
• 30-minute meal break
• Assignment length: 14 weeks

Location Highlights

Old Bridge offers direct access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel. Cheesequake State Park is about 10 miles away and provides hiking trails, kayaking access, and salt marsh views in Middlesex County. The township sits near Route 9 and the Garden State Parkway, with driving access to Newark in about 35 miles and Manhattan in about 40 miles for urban dining, arts, and major transit connections. Raritan Bay Waterfront Park in nearby South Amboy is within about 12 miles, and the area also offers access to the Jersey Shore, including Sandy Hook and Asbury Park, within roughly 35 to 50 miles.
