We have multiple opportunities available including:- FT & PRN- Types of Roles: RN Case Manager, Admissions RN, After Hours RN, Visit RN- Schedules are 12 hour shifts with rotation of days- Territories include: Peoria, Pontiac, Bloomington, Ottawa, Pekin, Kewanee and surrounding

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 / year PLUS Gas Card/Auto Allowance, Full Benefits, PTO/Vacation, 401K with a match, and MORE!

What You Bring

• Active RN license in the state of employment
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• One (1) + year Hospice, home health or related organization experience preferred.
• Compassion for patients and families navigating end-of-life care
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in the field
• Excellent communication skills across care teams and families
