Full job description

As a Rehab Physical Therapist at Encompass Health, you’ll deliver evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and function, and educate patients and families on home programs and safety. You’ll document progress, participate in team conferences, mentor support staff, and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused, and mission-driven care environment.
