Medical Director

Upward Health is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical strategy and care delivery within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role provides clinical oversight for in-home care programs serving patients with complex medical needs. The Medical Director will guide care teams, ensure quality and safety standards, and collaborate on innovative care models that bridge gaps in traditional healthcare. You will mentor clinicians, support evidence-based practice, and partner with leadership on program development in a diverse, inclusive, mission-driven environment with strong opportunities for growth.
