Operating Room Nurse Board Runner

TriStar Health is seeking an Operating Room Nurse Board Runner for our Women’s & Children’s services in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily OR schedules, manage case flow, and support surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff, anticipate resource needs, and help maintain compliance with evidence-based standards. You’ll mentor team members, support continuous quality improvement, and contribute to a culture of safety, compassion, and excellent outcomes for women, infants, and pediatric patients.
