Starting Pay Range: $15.79 - $24.89

Performs regular maintenance on the city's building, grounds, equipment, and systems; works with outside contractors; troubleshoots minor electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs; orders and receives supplies; and performs daily and monthly building inspections.
