Service Solutions Specialist | Tampa & Oldsmar, FL $22/hour + Mileage Reimbursement | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Looking for a role that keeps you active, independent, and engaged with customers? As a Service Solutions Specialist, you'll support a growing MSC Industrial account by traveling between customer locations in Tampa and Oldsmar, FL, ensuring inventory is stocked, organized, and readily available.

What You'll Do

• Travel between customer locations throughout the day

• Stock, replenish, and organize inventory at vending and VMI locations

• Process inventory transactions using mobile applications

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock counts

• Build strong relationships with customer contacts and provide exceptional service

• Assist with basic vending equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and technology

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Inventory, warehouse, merchandising, or customer-facing experience is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable traveling locally throughout the day (approximately 80% of the role)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
