TransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver to support local operations based inElk Grove Village, IL. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL B Driver Details

  • Schedule: Monday -Friday 7am-5pm
  • Pay: $25.00/hr OT after 40, $1,400 - $1,500 Estimated weekly pay
  • Route Type: Local, Home Daily, No Weekends!
  • Freight / Load Type: Food, restaurant supplies
  • Equipment: automatic & manual transmission box trucks
  • Handling: Heavy touch delivery of restaurant supplies and food items, loading and unloading of truck required. There will be warehouse training required to help familiarize yourself with the products.
CDL B Driver Minimum Requirements:
  • License: Class B
  • Experience: 1+ verifiable driving experience
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL B Driver Responsibilities:
  • Safely operated equipmenton localroutes
  • Transport freightin accordance with DOT and company safety standards
  • Perform required handling tasks
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
  • Meet the physical demands of the role
