Palliative Care Nurse Manager

Mercy seeks an experienced RN Manager for Palliative Care on our full-time night shift. In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations for palliative patients, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring RN and support staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care plans, managing staffing and scheduling, and monitoring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with physicians, social workers, and chaplains to optimize symptom management, support families, and advance Mercy’s mission of holistic, patient-centered care.
