Nocturnist 7-on / 7-off block schedule from 7 pm to 7 am
Closed ICU as Intensivists cover 24/7
No procedures required; optional to do if desired
Reasonable 4 admissions at night plus some cross coverage as needed
Board-certified IM or FP required
