Your New Role
Install, repair, maintain, and service residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems
Diagnose plumbing and equipment malfunctions and identify root causes of system failures
Test components, disassemble equipment, replace parts, and complete high-quality repairs
Perform specialized plumbing projects including gas line repairs, sewer repairs, water line replacements, and tankless water heater installations
Conduct drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, and backflow testing
Ensure all plumbing work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
Communicate directly with customers regarding findings, repair recommendations, and completed work
Coordinate with office personnel to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of workmanship
Serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers throughout Pittsburgh, PA

Valid Journeyman Plumber License required
Master Plumber License preferred, based on local licensing requirements
Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience
Experience servicing residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems
Proficiency in drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, and backflow testing
Technical training in plumbing or completion of Allegheny County Plumbing School preferred
DOT Gas Certification preferred
Backflow Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair, and installation skills
Experience with water heaters, tankless water heaters, gas lines, sewer lines, and water line systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
