Stellar Senior Living seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to support residents in our senior living community. In this on-site role, you will evaluate mobility and functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that improve strength, balance, safety, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with nursing staff, caregivers, and families, document progress in accordance with regulatory standards, and educate residents on fall prevention and home exercise.
