Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Pay Type: 100% flat rate
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Earning Potential: $120,000–$250,000 annually
Typical Flagged Hours: 40–70 hours per week

About Vaughan Automotive

Vaughan Automotive is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician in Atlanta, GA. This is a flat-rate opportunity with stated annual earning potential of $120,000–$250,000 for a technician who can handle European diagnostics, repair, and maintenance work. The shop operates Monday through Friday, provides year-round paid training, and is equipped with factory scan tools and resources designed to support technician productivity. The team works in a heated and air-conditioned shop with a collaborative culture where technicians help one another succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose European vehicle concerns at an intermediate to advanced level.

  • Perform general mechanical repairs, component removal and replacement, and preventive maintenance.

  • Complete brake, suspension, alignment, and tire service.

  • Perform engine and transmission repairs, including engine rebuild work when assigned.

  • Complete oil changes, inspections, and other routine maintenance services.

  • Use Autel, Snap-on, and factory scan tools to support accurate diagnostics and repairs.

  • Perform work across a mix that is approximately 30% diagnostics and 70% repair and maintenance.

  • Complete digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric as part of the shop workflow.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional automotive technician experience.

  • Strong experience servicing and repairing European vehicles.

  • Intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostic ability.

  • Ability to perform both diagnostic and mechanical repair work across multiple vehicle systems.

  • Experience with European vehicle maintenance, brakes, suspension, alignments, tires, engine repair, and transmission repair.

  • ASE certifications are preferred, not required.

  • Digital vehicle inspection experience is preferred; the shop can train the right technician on its DVI process.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 100% flat-rate compensation paid weekly.

  • Stated annual earning potential of $120,000–$250,000, based on production; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

  • Expected production of approximately 40–70 flagged hours per week.

  • $250 monthly health insurance reimbursement.
