Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Cerner is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Required Skills/Experience: Monitor, circulate, and scrub cases.

Special Requests: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Block scheduling not available.

Unit Details: Assist MD during cases. Average daily volume includes 6-7 cardiac cases and 1-2 vascular IR cases. Patient population includes CAD, NSTEMI, STEMI, heart failure, and aortic stenosis. Uses Merge.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday; shifts may be 7:30-4:00 or 8:30-5:00. On-call 1-2 nights a week and typically every 3rd weekend; additional weekend call may be available if desired. Holiday call required. Call response time is 30 minutes.

Floating Requirements: Floating may be required depending on locum coverage.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
