PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Join VNS Health as a Physical Therapy Assistant in our Home Care team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in their homes throughout Westchester, following treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, monitoring patient progress, documenting care accurately, and educating patients and caregivers to support independence and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a compassionate, patient-centered environment that values integrity, teamwork, and professional growth within Healthcare & Medical Services.
