What You'll Be Doing

• Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production goals.
• Monitor plant processes and perform routine inspections to maintain product quality.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
• Perform housekeeping and general plant duties to maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
• Mechanical aptitude with the capability to learn plant processes, equipment, and operating systems.
• Dependable, self-motivated individual who can adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $31.23 to $48.46 per hour.
