Assistant Nurse Manager

Encompass Health seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support leadership of our inpatient rehabilitation nursing team. In this role, you’ll balance direct patient care with unit coordination, staffing support, and daily workflow oversight. You will help guide an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehab care, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Partnering closely with the Nurse Manager, you’ll mentor staff, support professional growth, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on helping patients regain independence.
