Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Welcome in Pine Brook, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will greet visitors, manage access control, issue badges, and support a welcoming, professional environment. You will use technology to document security-related activity, communicate clearly with staff and guests, and help address access concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare administrative location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor access records, and direct individuals to appropriate departments or contacts.
• Monitor access points, receive deliveries, and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and complete required reports for visitors, incidents, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
