Provider Details:

  • Job Class: Locum Tenens

  • Provider Credentials: MD
  • Board Status: BC or BE

Shift Details:

  • Estimated Start Date: ASAC
  • Schedule Details: 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month
  • Shift Details: Clinic hours 8a-4:30pm (30 minute lunch)
  • Cases: General ENT; comfortable with parathyroid, Cochlear™ Baha preferred
  • Certifications Needed: ACLS
  • Patient Population/Case Load: All ages

Licensing & Privileging:

  • License: IMLC Accepted, PA License strongly preferred
  • Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 Days
