RN Clinical Manager

Optimal Care is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead daily operations for a busy patient care team. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care delivery, and ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. You will monitor quality metrics, drive process improvements, and support staff development through coaching and training. The RN Clinical Manager partners closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, manage staffing and scheduling, and uphold a culture of safety, accountability, and compassionate, patient-centered care.
