Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Miller Middle School to lead our before- and after-school program. The Site Director oversees daily operations, ensures licensing and safety compliance, manages staff scheduling and development, and builds strong relationships with families, school partners, and the community. This role designs age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities, monitors program quality and child outcomes, manages budgets and enrollment, and upholds KinderCare’s inclusive, nurturing culture while mentoring team members and supporting continuous improvement.
