5-14 surgical cases per week
Midlevel support available inpatient and outpatient
2-3 days OR, 2-3 days clinic weekly
Elbow down procedures only
0-6 inpatients rounded daily
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
