Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Experience with Net Health and Clinicent required.

Assignment Details

• Productivity expectation is usually around 82% to 85% for a traveler.
