Raio Dental is seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventative treatments to maintain and improve patient oral health
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and disease prevention techniques
Utilize clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat oral diseases including caries and periodontal conditions
Collaborate closely with dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history and treatment notes
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, ensuring a sterile and safe clinical environment
Provide exceptional patient care with professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication
Participate in continuing education opportunities and team meetings to stay current with dental best practices
Assist with administrative duties as needed to support smooth office operations

Requirements

Basic life support
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Licensed dental hygienist

Current Registered Dental Hygienist license
CPR and AED certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental care
High level of professionalism and organizational skills
Ability to work well within a team and provide patient-centered care

Experience in dental assisting and working in a dental office environment preferred

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Thursday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Saturdays 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (weekends as needed)
