Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional outpatient rehabilitation care. In this role, you will manage daily clinic workflow, supervise and mentor therapists and support staff, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services. You will oversee scheduling, productivity, and documentation standards while fostering a collaborative, patient-first culture. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, performing evaluations, tracking clinical outcomes, supporting community outreach, and partnering with leadership on growth, compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
