Pay & Compensation

• $16 per hour base pay

• + 20% commission on services

• Tips from satisfied customers

• Most technicians earn between $16.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour per hour
  

Schedule

• Monday through Saturday + 1 weekday off.

• Average 35–45 hours per week

• Full-time opportunity with consistent work
  

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, upholstery, floor cleaning, air duct, and 24/7 emergency water restoration services in customer's homes and businesses

• Provide excellent customer service while explaining services and recommendations

• Operate company equipment and maintain the cleanliness of work vehicles

• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• At least 19 years of age

• Motor vehicle and drug test (excludes THC)

• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Customer service skills
