Surgery Nurse Manager

The Surgery Nurse Manager oversees daily operations of the surgical unit to ensure safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care. This role manages OR staffing and scheduling, supports and coaches perioperative nurses, monitors clinical quality and patient safety, and addresses patient, physician, and visitor concerns. The manager collaborates with surgeons and other departments to coordinate surgical services, implement evidence‑based practices, and support performance, safety, and regulatory standards in a busy hospital setting.
