Staff Development Coordinator RN

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education and training for our long-term care and rehabilitation team. In this on-site role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate orientation, in-service programs, and ongoing competency training for nurses and caregivers. You will assess learning needs, support regulatory and infection control requirements, and champion resident-centered, faith-based care. Collaborating closely with nursing leadership, you will help drive quality improvement, professional growth, and a culture of compassion, dignity, and teamwork.
