<p>Join Our Team as a Quorum Land Analyst II – Houston, TX</p><p>Are you passionate about land management and data accuracy? We’re seeking a dedicated Quorum Land Analyst II to play a vital role in supporting pipeline projects through precise land records management and spatial data verification. This is your chance to contribute to impactful energy infrastructure initiatives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for entering and verifying land document data, ensuring seamless integration with GIS parcel data, and supporting the coordination of legal and mapping information. Your expertise will help drive accurate project documentation and streamline land management processes, making a tangible difference in our operations.</p><p>Required Skills:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in land records administration, management, and documentation related to pipeline systems<li>Strong ability to interpret legal land descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps<li>Familiarity with land agreements such as easements, permits, deeds, and related documents<li>Basic land title knowledge<li>Hands-on experience with Quorum data products and On Demand Land<li>Proficiency with GIS software, especially ESRI products, and Google Earth<li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<li>High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities, with the capability to handle sensitive information</ul><p>Nice to Have Skills:</p><ul><li>Experience reviewing physical alignment sheets and supporting documentation<li>Knowledge of land plotting and deed plotting software<li>Prior experience working with land databases and spatial data integration</ul><p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p><ul><li>Relevant land management, surveying, or GIS-related educational background<li>Previous minimum of 2 years in land records or pipeline project support roles<li>On-demand land experience is a plus</ul><p>Other Requirements:</p><ul><li>Must work onsite in Houston, TX (no hybrid or remote options) for the duration of approximately 2 years<li>Ability to effectively manage confidential and sensitive information</ul><p>Ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment?
