Supervisor-Nurse RN

Encompass Health is seeking a Supervisor-Nurse RN to lead nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This role oversees daily nursing operations, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and supports a safe, patient-centered environment. The Supervisor provides clinical leadership to RNs and support staff, assists with staffing and scheduling, assures accurate documentation, and promotes quality, compliance, and patient satisfaction. You will mentor team members, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to help patients recover from complex illnesses and injuries.
