RN or LPN – Geriatric Long-Term Care Nurse

RiverWoods Exeter seeks a compassionate RN or LPN for a 7a shift in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will provide person-centered nursing care to residents across varying levels of independence, from assisted living to skilled nursing. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, wound care, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support residents’ dignity and independence while building meaningful relationships in a culture grounded in respect, teamwork, and professional growth.
