In this role, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, safety, and functional recovery for hospitalized patients. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, support discharge planning, and document care in the EMR.
