Associate Medical Director

Conviva Senior Primary Care seeks an Associate Medical Director to support clinical leadership across our senior-focused primary care centers. In this role, you will provide direct patient care for adults 65+, guide evidence-based practice, and support quality, safety, and value-based initiatives. You will mentor clinicians, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and drive preventive and wellness programs. Ideal candidates are board-certified physicians with leadership experience, a passion for geriatric care, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-first, team-oriented practice.
