Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab

Reston Hospital Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit. In this role, you will deliver direct, evidence‑based nursing care to adult patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, focusing on mobility, functional independence, and safe discharge planning. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and collaborate closely with physicians, PT/OT, speech therapists, and case managers. RNs educate patients and families, maintain rigorous safety and infection‑control standards, document in the EMR, and support a patient‑first, team‑oriented culture with opportunities for clinical growth.
