Oncology Float Pool Registered Nurse

RWJBarnabas Health seeks an RN for the Oncology Float Pool to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient oncology and med-surg units. This role provides exposure to diverse cancer populations and treatment modalities while supporting a collaborative, innovative environment. Responsibilities include performing thorough assessments, administering chemotherapy and supportive treatments, managing central lines, monitoring for complications, and educating patients and families.
