Cone Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support assessments under the supervision of RNs and providers. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
