Secondary Special Education Teacher – Alternative Education

Ombudsman Educational Services is seeking a Special Education Teacher to support middle and high school students in an alternative education setting. You will deliver individualized, standards-based instruction aligned to IEP goals, monitor progress, and adapt lessons for diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include managing behavior using positive supports, collaborating with general educators and district partners, maintaining accurate documentation, and engaging families. You’ll work in a small, structured, student-centered environment focused on helping at-risk and nontraditional learners re-engage, earn credits, and achieve academic and behavioral success.
