General Surgery Registered Nurse Coordinator

Mission Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator General Surgery to lead and coordinate nursing care for surgical patients within our Asheville-based regional health system. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day clinical operations for general surgery patients, support pre- and post-operative care, and act as a resource for nurses, providers, patients, and families. You will collaborate closely with experienced surgeons and an interdisciplinary team, drive quality and safety initiatives, and support staff development.
