ServiceNow And Power BI Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow and Power BI Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and automate enterprise reporting solutions across IT Operations, Engineering, Security, and Service Management. The role will focus on building scalable dashboards, developing KPIs, automating reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights using ServiceNow, Power BI, and automation technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and data extracts.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and executive-level visualizations using ServiceNow and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, data models, measures, and visualizations to monitor operational performance, service health, compliance, and organizational trends.
• Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for service improvement.
• Automate reporting processes including data collection, validation, report generation, distribution, and notifications.
• Develop reporting automation using Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and workflow automation tools.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, Power BI, and other enterprise systems.
• Partner with IT Operations, Engineering, Security, Service Management, and leadership teams to define reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into measurable KPIs and effective reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting solutions.
