We are seeking an experienced Final Factory Test Engineer with experience in TestStand and benchtop testers to join our team. As an Final Factory Test Engineer in this position, the candidate would work with various types of functional testing tools to test and debug failures and defects the backend and be a Subject Matter Expert within the group.

In this Final Factory Test Engineer position you will make impacts in the following ways:
  • Support the testing, measuring, and troubleshooting of complex electronic circuit card assemblies, systems, modules, and sub-assemblies using specialized equipment to analyze signal strength, interference, and other relevant parameters.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain test equipment to ensure the ongoing functionality of the equipment.
  • Generate and review the technical content of test procedures, drawings, engineering specifications, reports, Engineering Change Orders, and other documentation.
  • Assist in Monitor Quality data for trends and outliers and report regularly to the team.
  • Generate and implement improvements in test design and develop methodologies to reduce cost, increase yield, and improve throughput.
  • Create rework plans for test non-conformances.
  • Interface with Engineering, Quality, and other supporting functions to drive defect resolution to root cause. Interface with governmental customers, auditors, and suppliers as required.
  • Identify, Create, and Implement Engineering Change Orders on products as required.
  • Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel.
  • Assist in the support relocation of test equipment between manufacturing sites and lead transition to production.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years of overall engineering and manufacturing experience including experience using NI-based (TestStand) measurement and test equipment such as power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and be able to work cross-functionally within the operations organization and with other disciplines/functions.
  • Problem solving capabilities and experience using metrics and data to drive actions
  • Proven track record of solving/ troubleshooting complicated production issues and/ or driving yield improvements

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years experience using NI-based (TestStand) measurement and test equipment including power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers, to debug to the component level in circuit cards and modules, and to troubleshoot test systems and drive improvements
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Experience with Circuit card assemblies and modules: Test, Design, troubleshoot
  • Performs preliminary Material Review / Material Review Board (PMR/MRB) for the disposition of discrepant material
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Data Collection and Analysis
  • Root Cause and Corrective Action methodology
  • IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
