Role Overview: 

A Warehouse Representative II assists with all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.  **THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION**

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role: 

• Receive and ship inventory items. 

• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork. 

• Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements. 

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness. 

• Utilize scales and measures to accurately fill containers. 

• Pull customer orders correctly for on time delivery. 

• Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. 

What You Bring to the Role:  

• 2+ years of experience and at least 18 years old 

• Always maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customers  

• Ensure overall facility cleanliness 

• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment (forklift training will be offered on the job) 

• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds 

• Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

 Your Digital & Technology Capabilities: 

• Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software 

• Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order fulfillment 

• Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes 

• Comfort using digital communication and collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms) 

• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency and workflow 

What Makes You a Great Fit: 

• You enjoy a variety of job duties and responsibilities and can effectively multi-task 

• You’re a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills   

• You’re experienced in agriculture (preferred) 

• You have a valid commercial driver’s license (preferred) 

 Compensation and Benefits:  

• The base compensation for this position ranges from $20.34 to $27.13 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
