Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain function, independence, and quality of life. You will implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary rehab team.
